Our workshops are strictly non-refundable. However, you may transfer your seat to another person.
As we are running small group classes of up to 5 students, we strictly do not accept rescheduling of lessons. Lesson fees will be forfeited.
TRH collects personal information
We collect personally identifiable information to fulfill your orders, tell you about new products and deals, and provide you with an amazing shopping experience. That personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, and financial information. We value your trust in us and will do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and the security of your transactions.
TRH does not retain financial information. Our payment gateway is managed by Stripe. If you enter your credit card information on our site, Stripe will process the transaction and retain a record of it. TRH keeps no record of your full credit card number. Security codes (CVC) are never stored and will have to be entered for every transaction.
At TRH your security online is our top priority. We use the best technology available to ensure that any sensitive information, such as passwords and credit/debit card details, is encrypted during online transactions. TRH uses top-level SSL encryption technology one of the most advanced security solutions available, to encrypt sensitive information. Whenever you are sharing any of your sensitive information online, at TRH or elsewhere, you should check the page is secure: on secure pages, you will see a small locked padlock and ‘https’ replacing the ‘http’ in your browser address bar (at the very top of the window).
Information that you submit about yourself may be used by TRH to provide you requested services, communicate with you about TRH products, improve your online experience, or support our continuing efforts to offer you the information and services you want most. TRH does provide aggregate statistics and information about our sales, traffic patterns and related site information to third parties. We also reserve the right to share aggregate statistical data of which your personal information is a part, as well as your specific personal information sometime in the future.
In addition, TRH may, and you hereby authorize us to, disclose your personal information when required to do so by law, when TRH, in its sole discretion believes that you are in violation of our Terms and Conditions, or when you violate any state or federal laws, or TRH in its sole discretion deems it necessary or appropriate to protect the personal safety of other users of TRH services or to protect the rights or property of TRH.
We know you love email! And we love to tell you about new arrivals. So we send emails to notify customers about new arrivals and special events. You will only receive emails if you opt in to our email marketing. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email, or by sending a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We may send you emails to confirm your order, send tracking information, or to communicate with you specifically about your order, or in response to a question either to our email, chat, or any of our social media accounts.
We are active on many social media sites and we love to spend time with you there. Please know that we cannot constantly monitor our social media pages and that any information that you share may be viewed by others.

Product Returns & refunds
We thank you for your support in small businesses and we would like you to have an enjoyable shopping experience with us! In the case that there is a problem with a purchase, we seek your understanding to read through our return and refund policy.
14-Days Return Policy
Products that are still in the original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of receiving. You will be refunded the price of the products after the deduction of card transaction fees. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Please let us know why you are returning the item. Please send us a proof of your posting receipt just in case your parcel goes astray. As soon as our lovely warehouse team has received your products in resaleable condition, we will issue you a refund and let you know by email.
Faulty, Defective or Wrongly Delivered Goods
These items will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer’s recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. A picture of the defective/incorrect item is required for us to process the exchange.
We are unable to accept returns of digital patterns once sent, therefore it’s non-refundable.
Please note that material kits will not be refunded fully. Digital patterns are sent to you once payment is made, before the kits get packed and delivered to you. It is not possible to revert the sending of digital patterns. Please think through before purchasing to avoid being in a sticky situation.
Shall you have a change of mind after making a purchase, we will only be able to refund you partially. The amount refunded will be:
(Price of Material Kit) – (Price of Digital Pattern) – (Shipping Fees).
