Please note that 

• Please arrange your own courier if you require same day or next day delivery.
• Our courier promises 2-3 working days to deliver your items. On peak periods such as Chinese New Year or Christmas, you might expect a longer delivery time. Please take note that we cannot control the time of collection and delivery date AND time. If you wish to receive your order on a certain date or time, it is best to arrange your own courier.
• Items that include [Preorder] will be shipped together when the preordered item arrives. If you wish to ship all ready items first, please make a separate order for the [Preorder] items. This is not applicable for Re:Designed orders or unless specified.
  
  

Preorder Policy
All preordered items are to be strictly collected via self-pick up only, unless stated otherwise. Pre-ordered items may take approximately up to 5 months, or potentially longer or shorter, depending on the manufacturing company. We will provide timely updates on your order as soon as we receive new information. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. Please kindly take the time to read through our Self-Pick Up Policy when you have made a preorder.

For Re:Designed Orders
Please make your preorder by the end of every month. When preorder batch is placed, kindly expect that it will take approximately 5-6 months, or potentially longer, to receive your order. 

Manufacturing duration: estimated 5 months, or more, excluding public holidays and major holidays in the country of production.

Shipping to TRH duration: estimated 1 month, excluding public holidays in Singapore.

Self collection period: estimated at least 5 months after the end of the month that you have placed your order (For example: Preorder is made on 1 October. Expect 3-5 months from 30 October to collect your order.)

Self-Pick Up Policy

• Items that are to be collected via self-pickup will have a "Ready to Pick up" notification sent to you once they are ready. If there are any items that are Out of Stock, we will contact you directly for any changes. 
• Please take note that we will hold your order 1 month from when it is "Ready to Pick up". Once it has been more than a month, we will cancel the order with no refunds.
• No shipping options provided for preorder items. Please come down to the store to collect your preorder items. You may arrange your own delivery via Grab and inform us. We will not be liable for any damages caused to your item once you have received it. This policy is effective from 1 November 2024. Any preorders made after 1 November 2024 will automatically need to be self-collected.

We allow exchanges or returns within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

How to do an exchange or return

Please bring the item in its original packaging to our store for an exchange or return. If you have purchased online, please bring the item in it's original shipping packaging. Once we inspect that the item is in its original packaging, undamaged and still in resellable condition, we will issue you store credits tagged to your account for the value of the item and you may make new purchases within a 1 year validity period. Items that are not in ressellable condition will be denied store credits.

Eligibility for Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

• Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged.
  

• In the event that you are unable to visit our store to do a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt for exchange and refund:

• Digital patterns and videos (and if they are part of a material kit purchase)
  • As patterns are delivered to you via email, it is not possible to revert the digital pattern.  
• Consignment products
• Leather products
• Workshops

• Gift cards
  

Refund Policy

• All sales/exchanges are final. We strictly do not provide cash or credit card refunds for online and store purchases.

Faulty, Defective or Wrongly Delivered Goods

• In the event that you have received goods that are faulty or defective, please take a photo and send to our team via Whatsapp. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. A picture of the defective/incorrect item is required for us to process the exchange. Please bring the item down so that we can do an exchange for you.
• In the event that you have received wrongly delivered goods, please bring to the store to do an exchange within 14 days of receiving the items.

Terms & Conditions

By attending our workshop, you have agreed to our T&C below

1. Prices for ALL workshops are for ONE person only.
2. Parents who join the workshop with their kids without booking a seat for themselves will be charged full price on the spot before commencing the session.
3. In-studio workshop expiry is 3 months from date of purchase. 
4. All workshops have to be completed within 3 months starting from the first session. Extension of class after 3 months or extending a session will incur a fee of $50/session.
5. Parent are not encouraged to accompany your child for the class. If you wish to work on the project together with your child, you may sign up for 1 more seat. The seats in the class are catered to students who have already registered with us. 
6. For party workshops, please kindly take note that while class is in session, we will prioritise teaching the students and will be making sure they are able to complete their work satisfactorily. In order to focus on the students, children/guests who are not participating in the class will need to be taken care of as we will not be held responsible for their safety. Any damages caused to the machines will incur charges to replace broken parts of up to SGD$280.
7. Please note that when you schedule a class with us, you automatically consent to photography, videography, their release or reproduction to be used for media or advertising purposes.
8. All workshops are strictly non-refundable. However, you may transfer your seat to another person or reschedule to another date. Refer to our rescheduling policy below for more information.

❗Reschedule policy❗

We take last minute cancellations seriously. Please read below carefully. Thank you.

1. 3 days notice is required when rescheduling a class. No charges will be levied for cancellations that occur prior to this 3 day window. Rescheduling that occur within the 3 day window or no shows will incur $15 admin fee per seat.
2. For plush making machine knitting workshop, click here to reschedule your workshop session. For crochet/knitting workshops, contact us here to reschedule your class. Please send us a screenshot to confirm payment.
3. Please attend rescheduled classes within 3 months or it will incur a no-show policy. Refer to our No-Show policy below for more information. 
4. Rescheduling due to illnesses will require a Medical Certificate sent to us.

Late-arrivals 

1. Please make sure to inform us if you might be arriving late or need to reschedule before your session. Refer to our reschedule policy above.  
2. There will be a 15 minute grace-period for late arrivals, if you are running late please inform us in advance. Arrival later than 15 minutes with no prior notice, will be considered a No-show. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. 

No-show policy

1. Please take note that you will be given a warning for first and second no-show(s). No shows of 3 times and above will incur a ban of 1 month, starting from the date of 3rd No-Show. All no-shows will receive no refunds and your class credits will not be returned to you.
2. The Ban consists of not being able to book or attend classes within the 1 month period. If you have purchased classes during the period of the ban, your class credits will be returned to you after the ban.

Cancellation policy

• Please take note that we do not tolerate cancellations of classes. More than 3 cancellations with no prior notice will incur a no-show policy. However, we allow for an extension of 3 months of your class credits for crochet classes if it has expired. Please inform us within a window of 3 months from the expiry of your class pass as we will only accept appeals for extension within that period.

Why admin charges? 

• Our staff at Tiny Rabbit Hole are always busy to ensure that your session with us is smooth and hassle-free. We take time to prepare the materials you require in class and sanitise before your session so that you have a comfortable time. We ensure that everything is in place so that there will be no hiccups between teachers and students. If you cannot make it for the session, we need extra time to inform other students who are in the waitlist. You may inform us here.

Having taught intensively for a span of 9 years with over 10k students, Angie and team has discovered that every individual has a unique way of learning and there is no one size fits all. With that, Angie developed a series of in-studio and online classes based on the commonly made mistakes, problems and questions that beginners are usually faced with.
