14 Days Return Policy
You may return new and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only. We will not refund original postage costs. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging); please let us know why you are returning the item. Please do get a proof of posting receipt just in case your parcel goes astray. As soon as our lovely warehouse team has received your products in resellable condition, we will issue you a refund and let you know by email.
Faulty, Defective or Wrongly Delivered Goods
These items will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. A picture of the defective/incorrect item is required for us to process the exchange.
Digital Patterns / Videos
We are unable to accept return of digital patterns or videos once sent, therefore it's non-refundable.
There will be no full refunds for material kits. As digital patterns are included in our kits, the amount refunded will be (Kit Cost) - (Digital Pattern Cost) - (Shipping Cost) = Refund Amount. As patterns are delivered to you via email, it is not possible to revert the digital pattern. Please think through before purchasing to avoid being in a sticky situation.
Acceptable Payment Methods
We accept several modes of payments – Cash (only in store), Paynow, Paylah, Credit Card, and ATM/Bank transfers (online payment). Please note that all Paynow/Paylah payments will be made to our mobile number 92304874 (Angie). If payment is accidentally made elsewhere other than this number, we will not be held liable for the payment, and we will not be able to process your order.
